Firstly, As part of our consultation your head spa therapist will complete an analysis of your scalp using our specifically designed scalp microscope, By doing this we will be able to adapt each step of this indulging treatment to your individual scalp and hair needs, We use a fully customized bespoke product range, by offering these specifically customized formulations we can tailor our treatments specifically to your hair and scalp needs, This helps immensely to aid in exfoliation, cleansing & treating your scalp for any common scalp conditions you may have.
We start this luxurious treatment for you by applying a scalp oil to your hair and scalp, Then we exfoliate off any dead skin cells and product buildup on your scalp using a unique scalp scrub featuring an invigorating mix of peppermint and menthol, We use a 2-step shampoo process, these shampoos will be chosen by your head spa therapist and will be specific to your individual hair and scalp needs on the day of your appointment, while preforming our 2-step shampoo process we will be pampering you and your senses using various techniques to wash and scrub your scalp.

We will then apply our bespoke hair and scalp treatment that your head spa technician has customized for your hair and scalp needs, then we treat you to a soothing and relaxing scalp massage incorporating our steam therapy which will aid in helping to open the pores and cuticles of your hair and scalp, This will ensure there is maximum product absorption and will help to lift any extra dry skin or product buildup that maybe still left on the hair and scalp, During all these relaxing steps you will be able to experience our beautiful waterfall halo, in which you will instantly feel a sense of calm and peace wash over you, transporting you and your senses to a complete state of pure tranquility.

Cancellation Policy
​
A non refundable booking fee of $50.00AUD is required to secure your treatment with us.
A reminder email (72hrs prior) and text (48 hours prior) will be sent out before your appointment.
Luvii - House of Head Spa requires at least 48 hours notice when cancelling/rescheduling an appointment, otherwise you will forfeit your booking fee if it is inside of the 48 hour timeframe,
If it is outside of the 48 hour time frame your $50 booking fee will be held as a credit on your account,
This will remain active until you choose to use it and will not expire.

PRICING.
*Pricing of services is subject to change without notice, as of 04/07/2024 all pricing online and on our booking system is correct and up to date.

NO SHOW.
No show appointments will be charged the full cost of the booked treatment.
We are a small business and when you book in we reserve a space specifically for you so we can meet your specific treatment needs, if we are expecting to see you for your appointment and you simply do not show up then this space is therefore no longer available for someone else to book.

LATE ARRIVALS.
Although we do try our best, we unfortunately cannot always accommodate late arrivals. Arriving anything more then 15 minutes late you will be automatically classified as a no show in our booking system and charged for the remaining appointment amount.
We ask that you are mindful of our time as we are of yours.

REFUNDS.
For cancellations only - the booking fee maybe refunded depending on the individual circumstances and
if more then 48 hours notice is given.
Luvii - House of Head Spa does not offer refunds if you have a change of mind about the service or on products that are purchased.
